  This was the perfect place for our first time in Mexico City! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for food and activities. Julian checked us in and was so kind. The hotel was thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable; the room was spacious and had beautiful art. The area was super walkable – we walked pretty everywhere. We would love to come back!

  Everything was great, the location is in a perfect pocket of Roma Norte. There is tea, coffee, snacks and Mezcal available 24/7 for free

  I like the location and how comfortable the bed was. I also love all the included amenities. Very nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming. I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived and they were so attentive to make sure I was feeling better and enjoying my stay. Wonderful people.
  
  What could be improved: I didn’t like hearing the doorbell every time a guest wanted to be let into the building. We were also by the reception area so it was a bit noisy for me in that regard.

  NaNa Vida is a beautifully set up hotel in Roma Norte. I loved how they have integrated art into their spaces, the rooms are incredibly spacious and clean; and the service is exceptional.

  This is such a gem of a hotel! Tucked away in the most perfect neighbourood, Roma Norte, it is surrounded by beautiful streets, full of cafes, shops and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and there were loads of little touches that made our stay special. The rooftop is lovely and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Noise machine provided in the room to cover any street noise
  
  What could be improved: There was a little bit of street noise (we stayed on a Saturday) but it didn't really bother us and we used our noise machine!
