Location was good and apartment was spacious. The check-in is smooth, all with electronic keys.
What could be improved: There was no water pressure even to wash hands, little less to take a shower. Hot water was running for 4 minutes, then it was freezing cold. If you plan to visit in December or January, do not come to this apartment as it has no heating. It was so cold that we were walking around the apartment covered in blankets. The place looks exactly like the photos, so it's great! I like the location and the price was really good value for the facilities and amenities you get in this apartment.
The beds are comfortable and if felt & looks clean. The bathroom are well equipped with hairdryer, hot showers, and private within the apartment. No complain for that. The kitchen is also complete, so you can save money rather than going out to eat. There's also a pharmacy next to the building, if you need to buy water or some snacks.
It is also super safe, where there are passcode locks to enter the building and apartment. Highly recommend this location for your family and if you want to explore the CDMX main city.
What could be improved: It's beyond the apartment's control, but I have to share this. The apartment is next to a park, and sometimes at night the people who hang out there get loud and play loud music on Fridays and the weekend. It's completely understandable, but still it can be bothering to some ppl.

Die Einrichtung war grundsätzlich gut.
What could be improved: Die Handtücher und Betten waren nicht richtig sauber, auf dem Fußboden lagen Haare und Staub. Ein Verdunklungs-Rollo in einem Schlafzimmer war defekt bzw. nicht vorhanden.
Die Gegend war relativ laut. Lag direkt neben einer Schule an der morgens viel gehupt wird. In der Waschküche hing eine Gastherme für das Warmwasser, in dem Raum roch es nach Gas und wir haben ihn deshalb so wenig wie möglich betreten.Beckie from Mexico – 27 September 2024 (3/10)
It was spacious.
What could be improved: It is definitely not new as advertised and in need of repair by the owner. The TV control did not work and was told a replacement would be delivered. This never happened. It had mold in certain areas.
