  The location is great! There was the Expo Cerveza at the World Trade Center happening and it was so convenient to be 2 blocks away 🙂 one of the most important avenues with well-connected public transport services is super close.
  
  Armando is really nice, accommodating, and welcoming. I had to book almost immediately, and he agreed to receive me right away.
  
  Services worked well and I felt very safe at this place.
  
  This is a convenient place for a short stay, definitely; certainly it's the middle point between a hotel and an Airbnb.
  
  What could be improved: There's a bit of noise during the weekend, so it was hard to fall asleep without earplugs or something to that effect.
  A fridge would be highly appreciated.
  The price is not too high, but certainly, I was expecting a bit more. It would've been nice to have the chance to cook something.

  The proximity to Pepsi Center is ideal to walk there for any concert, and also it's not so close that the people and general traffic can block your way.
  There's enough space in the room and while the bathroom is next to the shared kitchen, the landlady told us it's private and felt like that too.
  
  What could be improved: The landlord wasn't there to receive us, so we didn't know that there are no fans, and the room was HOT. Opening the windows wasn't enough for us to refresh the space, and there was no way to contact anyone in the building to provide something.

  The location and staff were very nice, the local business were open most of the day and mostly the location was very quiet even though there was a concert nearby.
