  The space itself was huge, comfortable and super safe. The location could not have been better. Have to mention the communication with the property was easy and very friendly as well.
  
  What could be improved: If I had to mention an improvement that can be done, Is have quieter fans in the bedrooms or install ceiling fans.

  We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood was fantastic – safe, charming, and within easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants. One of the highlights was the balcony view overlooking a peaceful park. We loved being able to open the balcony doors at the front and in the back bedroom, which allowed a refreshing breeze to flow through the entire place. Even without air condition, we stayed perfectly comfortable during one of the hottest months of the year thanks to the cross breeze and the fans provided. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bed while listening to the birds chirping outside-truly serene. We would absolutely stay here again!

  The apartments were spacious, clean, and in an amazing location, right across from Parque España. It was so easy to walk around, felt very safe, and the reception folks were very nice and let us drop our bags since we arrived early. There is also a water filter, which is so nice not having to buy bottled water every day. We mostly ate out, but for those who want to cook, the kitchen didn't seem that well equipped. It was nice that they supplied ear plugs, I used them since the birds were very loud in the morning.
  
  What could be improved: The couch in the living room was a pull out and kept sliding out when we would sit on in normally, which was annoying.

  great location, very family-friendly, free baby cot available, big apartment, nice sunrise and sunset views (we had no. 601, 6th out of 7 floors), nice rooftop area divided in two seperate group areas, easy and quick communication throughout the stay.
  
  What could be improved: wifi was a bit hit or miss sometimes. we weren’t made aware of the fact that we had to empty our trash during our 4-night-stay ourselves until we asked about cleaning services (there was no cleaning service included during the stay, only after. we thought there was some offered and additional would be at an extra charge). baby cot was delieverd only on second day due to some miscomunication.
  however, all in all, only minor issues that were always resolved quickly!

  This is the second time I have stayed in the building, and I am sure I will be back. The location is great. The apartments are secure, spotless, modern and well-designed. The reception staff is pleasant, and the check in procedures are straightforward. Really a pleasure in every aspect.

  Location is extremely convenient. Lot's of nice breakfast options within a 10 min walk, dinner and bars of Roma Norte are about 30 mins walk. Neighborhood is very pleasant with tree lined avenues that are great for strolling and people watching.
