  What could be improved: Unser Aufenthalt war leider einer der mühsamsten, die wir je erlebt haben. Der gesamte Buchungs- und Check-in-Prozess war unglaublich umständlich und enttäuschend.
  
  Bereits im Vorfeld fiel die schlechte Kommunikation mit der Agentur negativ auf. Es gab entgegen der Angaben von Booking keine erreichbare Kontaktnummer, nur einen Anrufbeantworter. Die Zahlung musste über einen externen Link erfolgen, was wenig vertrauenswürdig wirkte. Vor dem Check-in war zudem ein weiteres Formular auf einer anderen Website auszufüllen, das schlecht übersetzt war und zwingend unnötige Angaben wie Autodetails und Kinderbett-Anforderungen abfragte. Der ID-Upload funktionierte erst nach mehreren Versuchen.
  
  Vor Ort scheiterte dann der erste Türcode und wir mussten erneut Kontakt aufnehmen, was angesichts der schlechten Erreichbarkeit äußerst frustrierend war. Die Agentur reagierte lediglich mit Standardfloskeln und Ausreden, ohne konkret auf unsere Anfragen einzugehen.
  
  Die Unterkunft selbst entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Sie wirkte lange ungenutzt, nicht gründlich gereinigt und war deutlich schlechter ausgestattet, als beschrieben. Es gab keinen Geschirrspüler, und die Terrasse war so schmutzig, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnte. Hinzu kam die sehr laute Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft, und die fehlende Klimaanlage machte den Aufenthalt unangenehm.
  
  Der Sicherheitsdienst und die Hausverwaltung schienen ebenfalls überfordert, und die gesamte Organisation war mehr als chaotisch. Dazu kam ein sehr hohes Depot von 500 USD, das in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt war.
  
  Positiv zu erwähnen ist lediglich, dass die Ausstattung grundsätzlich in Ordnung war, wenn auch nicht auf dem Niveau, das wir erwartet hatten.
  
  Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt jedoch eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die wir je gemacht haben. Die schlechte Organisation, die unprofessionelle Agentur und die mangelnde Kommunikation haben uns den Aufenthalt leider gründlich verdorben.

  Location of apartment was superb. Short walk to stores, stands and restaurants. Convenient keypad entry. Code was given in a timely manner prior to arrival. Communication with host had quick response and easy to get hold of. Very safe complex with friendly security in front. Exclusive access to beautiful, spacious terrace. Rooms were clean with many windows.
  
  What could be improved: Like many other places in the area, no air conditioning so days can be hot. To combat the heat, there were fans in every room though. Since there are so many windows, city noise can be easily heard at night. Lastly, we were not previously notified that the water access would be turned off from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., affecting sinks and toilets.

  Exceptional. The apartment was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable and the massive private terrace was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city. Location was just outside of the busy Roma area in a very safe and secure building with some cute local coffee shops just down the street. My friends and I loved our stay and would highly recommend the apartment for a Mexico City visit!
