  Location is great, staff very helpful with everything! Great Breakfast!
  
  What could be improved: If you're paying with cash it needs to be in Mexican coin, don't accept dollars.

  The location at the airport was excellent especially as I was traveling with a pet in a large dog crate. They had a good area where I could walk the dog. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The inhouse restaurant was very good as was the 24 hour room service. Excellent shower.
  
  What could be improved: No pool as was shown in the photos. The staff did not tell me for sometime that I would have to wait a long time for check in as they only have 10 pet rooms available. The night staff were great but the day staff were a little unhelpful with information. Also I tried to contact them via email and through booking.com several times before arriving to check the situation of traveling with a dog and they never responded. In the end I had to call them to get any response.

  Overall very happy with my stay at the NH. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Quite expensive to stay here. I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and so I had to return to the front desk. I was helped right away and given a new room.

  An excellent option very near the airport. It will be excelent if the hotel has half stay because Inpay 24 hs stay but just stay 10 hs.

  Easy access to airport… comfy beds… spacious room
  
  What could be improved: Loud music coming from one of the restaurants. No real door on the bathroom. No smart tv/access to watch shows we wanted to watch. Had to call for water in the room.

  Location is very convenient if you have flights in T2 – as it is inside the terminal, you avoid CDMX traffic to reach the airport. This was key considering I had several flights from/to T2 in just a few days. Breakfast is good.

  The hotel is in a great position and rooms are comfortable and a good size nice shower great if you have early or late flight but just double check the late check out see below

  Dante on reception who was very helpful understanding and used his common sense
  
  What could be improved: When we checked in we asked for late check out as our flight wasn’t until 21.00 next day Clementina said that was ok until 4pm but will be a charge we were happy with that and we paid for the room
  The next day we had a call at 1.15 saying we needed to check out I explained we had booked late check out I went to reception I saw Victor who I felt was unhelpful and wasn’t really interested when I tried to explain that we thought we had booked late check out and paid he said we hadn’t paid and there was no note about our late check out so I paid for this but was told we had to be out of our room at 4pm he really wasn’t helpful
  When we came to check out at 4pm and said we would sit in the lobby for another hour we were then told by a really helpful man Dante that we could have the room for another hour and we should have been told this
  This really put a bad ending to our stay
  Staff not knowing what they are doing giving the wrong information and being so unhelpful when you are trying to find out information
  We were happy to pay for late check out and we’re not trying to get it for free but we were made to feel that way
  Thank god for Dante who was helpful and had common sense because of him we will stay here again

  It's an airport hotel so it's expensive. But it's in an excellent location and it's better than most airport hotels. It seems less impersonal than most.

  This is a proper hotel right at the terminal at MEX with a 24/7 reception, which is super convenient for long layovers. The room was very spacious and comfortable. And the breakfast time was generous to accommodate people coming from different time zones.
  
  What could be improved: The A/C in the room wouldn't switch to heating, even though it was a fairly cold night (50F/10C) and the blanket is super thin and not warm at all, and there were no extra blankets available in the room.
