  We loved it, clean, friendly stuff, fitness, super location. Great coffee on the corner for breakfast. Once come back we will stay again here

  A very nice apartment in a great neighborhood. Friendly security on the first floor. The rooftop is also a wonderful entertainment area with tv and grill.

  Location is amazing, and the state of the apartment is very good.
  
  What could be improved: When we stayed there was an unusual heatwave. Would have been amazing if RentinBA had portable air conditioning, but I understand from Mexicans that it is never usually this warm in Mexico City so can also understand why no portable air conditioning is available.

  What could be improved: The front desk was not aware if our reservation. The owner had not communicated to the desk and showing our paid receipt and confirmation was not enough and we had to call owner a d booking agent to call the front desk

  The location is excellent. There is always someone on the property to manage the access and great workout room plus laundry which was a surprise. Full size fridge, and kitchen appliances that we didn't need but great for those that do.
  
  What could be improved: I was nervous about accessing the property and did not get a response to the emails I sent hoping to confirm the plan. The information stated that someone would be there, but some travelers have had bad experiences in the past so perhaps write a longer description of the key transfer plan so that newcomers are more confident.

  We loved this apartment! It was very clean, the ladies at the front desk were super helpful and friendly, and there was a locked door to the building, so we always felt safe. It felt like a home away from home. And the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. We also loved the location – quiet area but with restaurants and amenities nearby.
