  My lugguage did not arrive. The staff was extremly friendly regarding grabing it for me in case i would not be in the hotel at arrival time.

  What could be improved: My room was located directly above the restaurant. If you are sensitive to (greasy) food-smell, it is a bit difficult. Also they start play music at 8 o clock when the café opens. If you get up rather early, none of it will bother you. 😊

  Location is great and also the amenities of the room.
  
  What could be improved: There is only a security guy at the reception who does not speak English. The room and bed were very small. Shower takes a long time to get hot. It has so much potential but unfortunately they made wrong choices.

  The room is small, but it was comfortable for 2 of us. I would suggest putting in a second mirror and a screen door so the mosquitos don't get in but other than that all was pretty good. The location was great and we felt safe.

  Location. Desk staff are nice.
  
  What could be improved: Washing machines too complicated to use and staff doesn’t know how to do it. We pay full price for 12 nights but cleaning people act like it’s a big burden to change towels.
