  Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, lovely hot showers, and great views. A pet friendly hotel of this quality/value is unusual, and they were very welcoming to me and my dog. Restaurant/room service is good, and the bed was super comfortable. Good stay on the edge of the city (I was driving out and wanted a head start in the evening before I really started my roadtrip the next day).
  
  What could be improved: It is a little bit of a party hotel, so there were some noisy guests up moderately late. That being said, no one made noticeable noise past 2am, it's a big hotel, and the walls are pretty soundproof so you can only really hear people passing in the hallway.

  The Hotel is located in a busy area in Toreo, an equally busy location outside the city centre. Easy to access and very clean. The staff are excellent and would do all within their powers to render services
  
  What could be improved: The location is slightly outside the city centre and because of the traffic, may take up to an hour to get to the city centre depending on the time of the day.

  Very spacious room, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. It was useful to have a fridge in the room.
  
  What could be improved: I was not able to make tea in the room. There was just a coffee maker and the water cooler outside the room was just for cold water.
  Also the cleaner woke me up before 9am when I was sleeping to ask if I was vacating the room that day. They should know that from reception and not disturb the guests

  Pretty new installation, everything looks modern, new and clean. easy to access and people is helping you in every moment.
  Quiet place and quiet room, Not that centric because is up left to the Polanco Area, but 10 min in Taxi.
  Massive Valet parking, so is easy and fast to leave your car there.
