  The staff was amazing, polite, helpful and great communication.
  Very comfortable, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and loved the patio.
  
  What could be improved: The hot and cold in the shower was very frustrating. The hot took forever to heat up and when it did it was scalding and you would turn on the cold and it would go completely cold. Could not stand under the water not knowing when it would change temperature.

  Very nicely finished and modern . The location was very good with restaurants and other shops nearby . Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Wonderful value overall .
  
  What could be improved: We were there during a hot spell and the lack of air conditioning was frustrating. When the windows were open the front rooms had substantial road noise. The back bedroom experienced noise from a nearby pub. The sofa was not in good shape or comfortable.

  We loved the property and where it was located. This was beyong our expectations. It is next to a bar/club but the windows are soundproof which is not common in CDMX.
  
  What could be improved: There were two things from our perspective that weren't great
  1. The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great when we got there, we were expecting more
  2. We had a very late check in (1AM) and I had mentioned and confirmed numerous times about our arrival time. Unfortunately the checkin process took over 40 minutes as they were not ready to receive us as in the paying machine was not charged, the paper work wasn't ready, they didn't have the codes for our apartment. In the end it all worked out, but if you are paying for a later check in and you are letting them know about your situation the least you expect is a smooth process.

  Beautiful, spacious apartment,
  Very comfortable beds, excellent location at one of the safest areas of Mexico city. Lots of cafes/restaurants/bars within walking distance, thus easy and safe to go out at night.
  
  What could be improved: It was hard to adjust the water of the shower at a "warm" temperature. It would turn either very hot or cold.
  Not the property's fault, but bear in mind that there is a bar nearby that occasionally plays music at an extremely loud volume. We stayed of three nights and one of them the music was very loud that we couldn't fall asleep until 3am (when it finally stopped). During our stay the other two nights were better, as we could still hear it but as loud.

  The property was in a great location. The staff was amazing and made our stay feel like home. The apartment was clean and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils.
  
  What could be improved: The property is in a busy street so it can get loud at night. This did not bother me as I was able to sleep with no problem but this may affect someone who is a light sleeper.

  Very spacious, modern, clean apartment. Located in good neighborhood relative to Mexico City. Staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Although it has a kitchen, I was disappointed in the lack of utensils for cooking. I suggest you provide at least one good sized cutting board and a mixing bowl. I did contact the host and staff provided me with a tiny little cutting board, but even though we were only cooking breakfast, it was very difficult with the lack of utensils.
  Also, no way to make coffee. I think most Americans drink coffee and not tea and we tend to like to brew coffee, not instant coffee.
  
  If you stay here, you should be prepared to be awake until 1 AM on most nights. I understand that the host can’t control this because in Mexico there is no control over rude, noisy neighbors but nonetheless there was very loud deep base music playing until 1 AM.
