  Nearly brand new and thoughtfully constructed, this hotel features a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic that combines minimalism with high-quality materials. The design is functional, spacious, and clearly well-conceived, offering comfort without excess. Details feel considered, from the clean lines and calming color palette to the practical layout of the rooms.
  
  The staff were consistently welcoming and professional, contributing to a relaxed and effortless stay. The location is convenient, not the quietest street but the rooms were well sound insulated.
  
  If you appreciate modern simplicity, good design, and quiet quality, this place is a gem. A refreshing departure from over-designed or generic hotels — minimal, yet warm and human. Highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: There was a persistent rattling noise whenever chairs were moved in adjacent rooms — a small but noticeable disruption in an otherwise peaceful stay. A simple fix like adding felt pads to the chair legs would likely eliminate this issue entirely and make the rooms feel as quiet and serene as they’re meant to be.

  Well located in Roma Norte, not the best street (noisy), but very close to the best part of the neighborhood. Rooms are large, equivalent to studio apartments, everything is brand new with good taste (natural stones and wood). Staff is nice, but very limited, only someone at the reception.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is very good, but doesn’t propose the service that I would expect from a 5* hotel : no spa/gym/pool, no lobby, bar on the roof is really limited and only opens in certain hours, and the restaurant downstairs is good (nothing exceptional) but independent of the hotel.
  I asked the receptionist if it was possible to have some tea (there is a kettle in the room), but he answered that the hotel didn’t have tea and that I could try to find some in a 7eleven near by. Not really 5* service.

  We loved the roof top bar. The restaurant opened too late for us to breakfast there. The room was spacious and comfortable

  Also… auto light in closet not good and bathroom needs makeup mirror. Otherwise — great spot to stay!
