  What could be improved: The room that was reserved months ahead of time wasn't ready at 3:30pm, past the check in time.

  Amazing Jacuzzi, room was the Vancouver and very rustic with plenty of wood elements. Nice complement of candies too.
  
  What could be improved: Mattress was not flat, it had a raised wedge in the middle so we ended up sleeping crosswise instead.

  The cleaning person was really nice and friendly, and the reception women were also really helpful and nice. The breakfast in the café next to the hotel was great and the employees were so kind. The bed was confortable, the bathroom served it's purpose.
  
  What could be improved: I got different informations : on the app I was told that I could do check in earlier and check out later, but in the Hotel they didn't knew about this and so I couldn't stay and work there, neither arriving nor leaving. Moskito net infront of the window was broken. There is no elevator, so you have to get up your stuff without.
  There was too much to do at the same time for the person at the reception (open doors, help guests, doing check ins, answering the calls,…- and I was impressed how they managed all). I felt very sorry for them, there could be two persons at the hotel. Even helping with the heavy backage of the guests seems hard for the employees I think.

  A really unique property with a lot of character. Has the feeling of more of an B&B or private rental than a hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Acoustics were a little noisy from time to time , but limited. The bathroom was a bit small , with little places for toiletries. And no A/C

  It was neat and tidy and very lovely place. Clean and lovely staff.
  
  What could be improved: I had to leave early due to unforseen circumstances with my work, I had paid in full, I told them the first night what had happened, and I was not able to recuperate any money back. I imagined there would be a cancellation fee but I got nothing back so paid for 2 nights where I didn't even stay there. It was a bit frustrating, I thought as I told them the first day the change that they may be able to give me some money back. But they could not. I guess it is the system but it was still frustrating. But I don't blame the staff, I think it was just a unique situation. Breakfast also starts very late so it didn't coordinate with my work schedule as I had to leave early.
