What I love is that you can walk to the Angel of Independence in about three minutes, grab coffee at any number of decent spots, and actually navigate the area on foot. The metro isn’t far either, so you’re connected to the rest of the city when you want to venture out to Roma Norte or Coyoacán.

The Space Itself

The loft layout works really well — it’s not huge, but it’s smartly designed. You’ve got a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the sleeping space is separated enough that it actually feels like different zones. The kitchen is functional if you want to grab groceries from the nearby markets, though honestly, with all the incredible food options around here, I mostly used it for morning coffee. The bathroom is modern and the water pressure is solid — always a win in Mexico City. Everything feels clean and well-maintained, which isn’t always a given at this price point.

Getting Around and Nearby Life

What really struck me is how walkable this neighborhood is, especially for Mexico City standards. You’re close enough to the business district that there are plenty of lunch spots and cafes that cater to office workers, which means good food at reasonable prices. The Zona Rosa is a short walk if you want nightlife, and Polanco isn’t far when you’re ready to splurge on dinner. Parking can be tricky in this area — like most of central Mexico City — but if you’re relying on rideshares and public transport, the location is pretty much perfect. I found myself walking more than I expected, which is rare for this sprawling city.

Why Guests Love It

The 8.3 rating makes sense once you spend a few days here. It’s not trying to be fancy, but it delivers on the basics really well — great location, clean space, and that loft feel that’s hard to find in traditional hotels.   Tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de vías de transporte público a menos de 5 minutos caminando, y hay demasiadas cosas cerca; bancos, restaurantes, cafeterías.

  The properties Customer Service was exceptional, The location was perfect central to everything. Perfectly quiet for a good nights sleep.

  This is a very roomy accommodation. The wifi was fast, the bed comfortable, the bathroom very nice, and the kitchen very good. During the days, a nearby street have an abundance of food vendors.

  The location is perfect, The loft and decoration is very nice and modern.

  What could be improved: This loft is built on the garage of the building which is fine as it´s very well built, however due to it being in the garage the water pipes of the building run through the inside of the loft, so everytime someone uses water, you can hear it through the pipes and it gets a bit annoying at night, if it wasn´t for that i´d give it a straight 10!
