  Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was great . We had a problem with our 1st room , but we changed rooms and everything was great .
  Walking distance to museums, park , shops and restaurants.

  Casa Anzures is located 5 minutes walking time from the Office so the location is ideal the breakfast is very good unlike some hotels that only offer muffin and orange juice. The staff was very gracious and went out of their way to assist.

  Clean, good location, and excellent communication with staff. I went for a day visit, and they gave me a clean room with a nice street view. The rooms change decor depending on the one you get so ask in advance if you'd like a particular experience.

  Excellent location, near museums, Chapultepec Castle, Subway and Metro Bus. Great breakfast (several options including typical Mexican food). Staff attention was great, very friendly and willing to provide help and tourist advice. Very quiet environment.

  We wished to visit the Museo de Anthropologica. This hotel was perfectly situated, in a safe area and with a good selection of well priced restaurants. Breakfast was very good and from the next door artisan cafe. An overall very good experience.

  The receptionist were great, the room was nice and clean. The room was nice and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast is the only thing we did not like, I was not good at all, the waiters service is great, but the food not a bit. Also, it takes too long for hot water to come out, I recommend they fix this since water is a precious recourse and the waste there is unbelievable.
