  The location is exceptional for touring major museums and seeing bustling life in the city center. The metro stops are close and taxi/Uber service readily available. Units are spacious and well equipped. There is a full-time lobby attendant.
  
  What could be improved: Only minor suggestions. It would be convenient to have a large container of purified water in the unit and better reading lights. The QR code system to enter and exit the building is awkward and takes getting used to. There should be an area for temporary storage (a few hours) of baggage.

  The apartment was fine. Quiet enough as it was on the back of the building. Got the job done.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the furniture was broken with disconnected panels leaning. Hosts require a deposit, which is unreasonable in this era of booking with a credit card. At least the deposit was refunded promptly, within hours of checkout. The security situation in the building is quite annoying. We were required to have a QR code for each guest, and these codes had to be scanned twice for each entry and twice more for each exit. Overall, the hassle factor was too much. I do not believe we will stay here again.

  A brilliant place to stay in Mexico City, perfect location for walking all of the historic centre and many of the sights, safe and beautifully presented. Comfy bed and fantastic shower. We came for NYE as the first part of our tour and it couldn’t have been better, highly recommended.

  Modern decor and appliances. Great location, you can walk to all the historic sites, shopping , restaurants, and museums. Safe and secure apartment building with a doorman/woman. We had a complaint and they responded the same day to resolve.
  
  What could be improved: The couch wasn’t too comfortable but it was also a sofa bed and they never are.
