Premier apartment in the heart of Mexico 802 Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Premier apartment in the heart of Mexico 802, you immediately understand why couples rave about this place. The building sits right on Avenida Juárez, which honestly couldn’t be more central if you tried — I mean, you’re literally in the thick of everything that makes Mexico City pulse. The entrance has that understated elegance you’d expect from a four-star property, but what really strikes you is how the staff seems genuinely excited to have you there, not just going through the motions.
Location That Actually Delivers
You know how hotels always claim they’re “perfectly located”? Well, this one actually backs it up with a perfect 10.0 location score from recent guests. Step outside and you’re within walking distance of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the historic center, and some of the city’s best cantinas and restaurants. What I love is that you can easily walk to the Zócalo for that essential Mexico City experience, then duck into one of the nearby mezcal bars when your feet need a break. The metro connections are solid too — Bellas Artes station is practically around the corner, so you can explore neighborhoods like Roma Norte or Coyoacán without the hassle of dealing with traffic.
The Apartment Experience
The space itself feels more like staying in a well-appointed local’s apartment than a typical hotel room, which is exactly the point. You’ve got a proper kitchen setup (not just a mini-fridge and microwave), so you can actually prepare some of those amazing ingredients from Mercado San Juan if you’re into that sort of thing. The living area has enough space to spread out, and the bedroom setup works well for couples — there’s something about having separate spaces that makes even a romantic getaway feel less cramped. The WiFi is reliable, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to navigate a city this size.
Neighborhood Insights
What makes this spot special is that you’re staying in the real Mexico City, not some sanitized tourist bubble. The street life on Juárez is fascinating — during the day it’s all business people and families, but evenings bring out a different energy with the nearby bars and restaurants filling up. You’re close enough to the fancy Polanco district if you want upscale dining, but you’re also surrounded by authentic taquerías and pulquerías that locals actually frequent. I particularly appreciate being able to walk to Alameda Central in the morning for a coffee and people-watching session before the city fully wakes up.
Why Guests Love It
That 8.9 rating makes sense once you’ve spent a few days here. It’s the kind of place where everything just works without being flashy about it — the apartment is comfortable and well-maintained, the location saves you time and taxi money, and you feel like you’re actually experiencing Mexico City rather than just visiting it. Couples especially seem to appreciate having a proper home base in such a dynamic location, and honestly, when you can walk to world-class museums, incredible food, and vibrant nightlife all from the same address, it’s hard to find much to complain about.
To book hotel in Mexico for Día de los Muertos parades, travelers secure rooms months ahead to pair plaza vigils with dawn churros.

Reviews of Premier apartment in the heart of Mexico 802

The location is exceptional for touring major museums and seeing bustling life in the city center. The metro stops are close and taxi/Uber service readily available. Units are spacious and well equipped. There is a full-time lobby attendant.
What could be improved: Only minor suggestions. It would be convenient to have a large container of purified water in the unit and better reading lights. The QR code system to enter and exit the building is awkward and takes getting used to. There should be an area for temporary storage (a few hours) of baggage.Jerold from United States – 29 January 2025 (6/10)
The apartment was fine. Quiet enough as it was on the back of the building. Got the job done.
What could be improved: Some of the furniture was broken with disconnected panels leaning. Hosts require a deposit, which is unreasonable in this era of booking with a credit card. At least the deposit was refunded promptly, within hours of checkout. The security situation in the building is quite annoying. We were required to have a QR code for each guest, and these codes had to be scanned twice for each entry and twice more for each exit. Overall, the hassle factor was too much. I do not believe we will stay here again.Kathryn from United Kingdom – 4 January 2025 (9/10)
A brilliant place to stay in Mexico City, perfect location for walking all of the historic centre and many of the sights, safe and beautifully presented. Comfy bed and fantastic shower. We came for NYE as the first part of our tour and it couldn’t have been better, highly recommended.

The property is very h ch comfortable and in a great location very close to Bella’s Artes
What could be improved: The apartment is a little bit run down, some of the furniture needs updatingJoye from United States – 22 February 2023 (8/10)
Modern decor and appliances. Great location, you can walk to all the historic sites, shopping , restaurants, and museums. Safe and secure apartment building with a doorman/woman. We had a complaint and they responded the same day to resolve.
What could be improved: The couch wasn’t too comfortable but it was also a sofa bed and they never are.Philip from Switzerland – 18 December 2022 (9/10)
Good value for money
What could be improved: They ask for a deposit after the payment is made.
Why can’t they inform you with the house rules that a deposit has to be made before the non refundable payment?Susanne from Australia – 5 October 2022 (6/10)
The location of the property was excellent
What could be improved: There were some minor issues with plumbing. While it’s advertised so it isn’t misleading, a Queen or King size bed would be much better.William from Canada – 1 June 2022 (9/10)
Excellent room, large, clean, modern looking. The location is fantastic, right across the street from Alameda Park and having a doorman makes you feel safe.
What could be improved: A few minor repairs are needed to keep the place up to the high quality that it has.
