  Second time staying here. Very relaxing hotel, great spa, all staff is very accomodating. They have all the services you might need (show shine, excellent dry cleaning, bell hops were excellent and front desk staff so kind). The breakfast is great and everyone so helpful, all the restaurants inside are also very good as are the bars. Gym is well equipped too.

  What could be improved: They didn’t clean our room until the afternoon and by then we were arriving in our room and wanted to get ready for dinner. So our room never got cleaned in 6 days but one time.

  The hotel is located on an excellent location, has 7 quality restaurants, and some rooms over great views (depending on what room and floor you pick). Cost benefit, this is my favorite hotel in Polanco or CDMX.
  
  The breakfast buffet is above average compared to the competition.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom layout and space are not as good as most of the competitors. The gym also needs a bit more variety of basic equipments, such as a few kettlebells and new yoga mattresses.
