  If you like staying in a large hotel, this is the one. The staff is very friendly, extremely attentive and just good people. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, the location and views are perfect, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is vibrant and charming and you’re close to museums and galleries, parks and restaurants

  The rooms were incredible. Very comfortable with nice amenities. The concierge was incredibly helpful and polite. I made the mistake of staying in another hotel on my way back to Mexico City, and regret my decision.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast is nice but the staff is unable to manage beverage orders in a cohesive way. Best to either have a station for that, or to create a checklist in English and Spanish that guests can use. Gym is pretty dated but has a range of equipment.
