  I love the location off the hotel. safe neighborhood and good spot's to eat.

  What could be improved: My room had no windows , and had humidity ! In addition when I paid by card the lady use my card points without my permission (the points I was going to exchange for miles ) and when I asked she said it was by mistake but she did not apologized ! I asked here if she could do something about it and she said that she could cancel the operation but she was not sure I was getting my points back. I was supper pissed off that she didn’t even feel regretted
