– Very clean!
– Beautiful and spacious room, feels very luxurious and matches the photos exactly.
– Unbeatable, central and lively location with Roma/Condesa in walking distance, lots of public transport and good food and drink options.
What could be improved: – I was unable to reach the manager and never received a reply to any of my WhatsApp and booking messages. Therefore, special requests or details about check-in and check-out could only be discussed with the security guards (in Spanish only).
– They weren’t flexible with check-in times, even when we just had to switch rooms due to extension.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, fresh sheets and towels, plenty of closet space, kitchenette not too well equiped. I would definitely stay here again.
