  Great location, very nice staff, comfortable and clean.
  
  What could be improved: Furniture is cheap ish- comes apart. Toilet seats in both bathrooms really shaky.

  What could be improved: Good location. Personally, I wouldn’t stay in that location again since I wanted a more authentic experience in Mexico City but the property itself is in a nice location with lots of places nearby.

  The location is perfect. You have a very big variety of restaurants, bars and cafes within 5min walking distance. With Uber you can reach any "tourist" destination within 15min. The rooms are simple, pragmatic and clean.
  The staff is very friendly and supportive. We felt very secure.
  The sun deck is nice but you can use the pool only to dip in and cool down a little bit. There are no showers on the sun deck.
  
  What could be improved: The walls are very thin, but during our stay the nights were very quiet and we could sleep very good. We only had windows towards the inner courts.

  Everything was great, very clean and large apartments. The area is perfect, you’re so close to so many cafe, restaurants, shops, etc. the rooftop pool was great to cool off in! Would book again

  Excellent location in Roma Norte. This was our first time visiting Mexico City and Roma was our favourite location. The apartment was clean, spacious and met all our needs. It is close to shops, bars, restaurants and excellent taco bars (e.g. Carinitas). It was also safe and was great to have a doorman 24/7 who was always welcoming and friendly. This apartment was a lovely place to relax after long days of exploring Mexico City and the surrounding areas. Our hosts Priscila and Melina were very responsive and handled a few requests that we had with ease. We've seen that people are able to leave their luggage after checkout if required which is looked after by the doorman. The use of the laundry room was an added bonus and was a big help! We will be recommending to all our friends and would happily stay here again.

  Perfect location in the heart of Roma which was a perfect finish to our stay in Mexico, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed in the room for our 2 night stay (only thing missing was a hairdryer). Melina, our host, was wonderful and we were able to leave our luggage at reception post check out to relax on the rooftop before heading to the airport.
  
  What could be improved: Our room was on the ground floor by the street and we had to keep blinds shut for privacy. This also meant it was very noisy at night but guess that's to be expected in a buzzy area. Perhaps earplugs would be nice to provide for a more restful sleep.
  Plunge pool and pool area in general could use a bit more upkeeping
