  The room is clean and service Staff is very nice. ULIV Polanco locate in a good place and easier to access many shopping and tourism sights. You also can have a good view in top roof and have a relax there. Good experience in here and will recommend for your next trip.

  Location was great. The amenities were nice. Christopher was extremely helpful. Views were great.
  
  What could be improved: There was some confusion about our booking with the security guard but after that everything was very smooth. The shower in one of the bathrooms was a little difficult to use. There were only two of us but it was still a bit weird to only have two of everything, I’m sure Christopher would have brought us more had we bothered to ask though.

  The location was superb. The access to everything was a great advantage.
  
  What could be improved: It had no air conditioning and I was not offered any alternative ventilation source so I had to keep opening the doors which was a bit inconvenient.

  I liked the location and the apartment was very clean. The bedrooms very comfortable and the clothes closets were very adequate.
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen and bathroom were too small. I did not stay in the apartment you are showing here. Generally everything was okay except for the shower, the water was either too hot or too cold. I followed the instructions in the shower but could not get the right temperature to bathe. I had to put my soap to bathe on the shower floor.

  It was super clean. The location was great.
  
  What could be improved: It is smaller than it seems in the pictures. The shower was tiny and not comfortable, the water ran either too hot or too cold. The kitchen distribution was uncomfortable. And the “no noise rule after 22:00” was extremely strict.

  It wasn’t as bıg ıt looks on the pıcture but it was enough. It was clean and modern. Had everything you needed it. Close to nice parks and restaurants and shops.
  
  What could be improved: . One room has a balcony and the other one was facing to the elevator/ walkway. You basically couldn’t open the blinds. The parking was for free but the parking sign which you hang in the car was so cheaply made broke and the 500 pesos you payed for it is gone. I wish they used much durable material for it. The hot water was not enough for two people showering. It run out pretty quickly.

  Good location next to a mall with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Flat comfortable and clean. Christopher was super friendly and efficient in responding very quickly to our requests. Smooth check in / check out
  
  What could be improved: Noise from the cars below despite being high up. Lack of heating so could be cold at night but Christopher gave us an electric heater that did the job .
