  What could be improved: Early check-in was denied, the access code to the room was sent with a delay (I had to be reminded), some things in the room were outdated or missing (not enough hooks for the tent), there was no regular cleaning, I had to be reminded.

  The apartment was new and very modern. It was a loft — one long room consisting of an entrance, a kitchen area with a table, living room area with a sofa, and a double bed. The wall on one side is effectively a huge closet with different compartments, including some shelves, a launderette, and two small bathrooms. The wifi connection was good. The building is relatively new and the district (Polanco) is very fancy and safe.
