  The reception and staff were very kind and welcoming.
  
  What could be improved: There was only one morning when the breakfast came out after ordering nearly an hour late. But otherwise the food service was excellent.

  2. The breakfast is too slow. It takes one hour to cook and prepare everything.

  Hice una petición mediante Booking.com que si la habitación no tenía tina como lo especifica la aplicación me avisarán para que la reservación no procediera, al llegar y entregarme la habitación esta no tenía tina, me dijeron que me regresarían mi dinero,lo cual si hicieron, me dieron la noche gratis, pero me habían pedido una retención en mi tarjeta de crédito por $15000 pero no me han hecho mi devolución y tampoco aparece en mi estado de cuenta, yo solo tuve un consumo por $195, pero el resto que serían $14805 no me han sido devueltos en mi tarjeta de crédito. Creo que primero es una estaca vender una habitación que no tiene lo que publican, y segundo no devolver un dinero que a sido reteñido cuando en los datos de la reserva no decía que al llegar a mi está la este tendría que ser retenido por protocolo del hotel. Exijo una solución.
  
  What could be improved: Real explicación de lo que si ofrece, la reserva era clara decía tina y no había. Segundo que expliquen sobre la retención de $1500 del chek in . Tercero que devuelvan el check in mediante un ticket al momento de salir del hotel, ya que la chica me dijo que el ticket me llegaría vía mail,y no tengo nada en mail y nada en mi estado de cuenta solo el retiro de los $15000
