  The only thing that i didnt like, that the Waitors at teh breakfast Area, when you ask them for Coffee or tea, there english is very average, and there was big delay and confusion in our orders, and at the end teh guy who came to us, he only knows one word in Englidh, (Tip not Included!) which I really didn't like .

  Very attractive lobby, restaurant and rooms. Excellent service all around, good food and cocktails.
  Exceptional assistance provided after my husband got ill, including sending a doctor, getting us all needed medications and keeping the room extra-clean.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. We were at the Fiesta Club level and thus had free access to the Grand Lounge, which included excellent breakfast in the morning and drinks and canapees in the evening, and a great view of the city. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. There is a lot of traffic around the hotel but the rooms are well soundproofed. The people were super friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well. Access to elevators secured by key card. Great location across from the Chapultepec Park and Castle, and in walking distance to Polanco. Their restaurant Azures has outstanding modern Mexican cuisine and excellent service and ambience. Our pre-payment through Booking was accepted without any problems, and there were no billing issues. The other guests were mainly business people and well behaved. We will come back.

  What could be improved: I did not like is the fact that you can not open the windows. The SPA area is also not the most welcoming. you need to book it in advance and as we checked it we decided not to use it at all.

  My plan was to visit the Museo de Antropologia, a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which gives you a great insight into the Mesoerican civilization. The museum hides the extend of the slaughter that the Aztecs inflicted on other Indian tribes and its own population, but it is still a great museum. Also, Fiesta sits at the edge of the Chapultepec Park. With a 15-minute walk, you get to the historic Chapultepec Castle on a hill with a nice view of Mexico Citi. Also, the view from your hotel room is magnificent! The hotel has a dry sauna and a steam room, which I really enjoyed.
  
  What could be improved: It is not specifically related to Fiesta Americana but to a lot of places in Mexico City. First, it’s very challenging to communicate with people, including the hotel staff. Also, not related to Fiesta – I don’t why but the city, which is located in a very Catholic country, is full of homosexuals of both sexes openly flaunting their sexual preferences. Makes one uncomfortable.

  I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and how it felt so luxurious. Loved the linen and bathroom amenities. Overall was a great stay too short though but would definitely stay again. Great location. Overall great service.
