  Great location in the heart of Polanco, walking distance to open malls such as Antara or Masaryk (shopping street). The apartment is nice and comfortable. The building staff was incredibly nice and kind to us.

  What could be improved: cleaning lady , did not appear not even once in the six days i stayed! when asked , the reception, which by the way none of the 2 employees, in two shifts were speaking english, about that they told me to send a message where i did the booking???? bad critics for the cleaning and for the fact that since you provide hotel services , at least somebody should be speaking English , still remaings the international language !!!!!! Especially when your rates are that high !! wouldnot stay there again , Do not recomend

  I liked the place until the hotel tried to charge me things that were "stolen". When I questioned the charge, they admitted that nothing was stolen. It helped that I had a video of exit and when I arrived.

  Location is great, small street close to everything walking distance, nice remodeled building, just details like doors portrait is smaller, then light get through it and noise.
  
  What could be improved: There are not rules for noise, there were people with dogs, kids, yelling after 11:00 p.m. We were at the entrance behind the front desk, oh my God we can listen the guard mobile videos for a while, the apartment is cold but has a heater.
