  Comfortable, quiet, very clean, and had a lovely open air terrace/patio area. Nice breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: The ground floor rooms are right next to the breakfast/patio area, so if you are not an early riser, then maybe ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor room. Also, slightly better window coverings would be better.

  It was really close to the historical city Center and took like 20-30 minutes by car to Roma Norte, la Condesa and the international Airport which is good!
  Breakfast was okay, starting at 08:30 am and the Room was clean and like expected.
  
  What could be improved: The room smelled after the drains in the bathroom and there was just one window/door connecting to the hallway outside that you wouldn’t like to open at night.
  If you drive there by car or taxi you are driving through Tepito which isn’t the nicest neighbourhood even though the hotel was in a good area.

  Great location, super close to the main square, however didnt seem very safe in the night.
  We were in the first floor however we wouldnt have liked to be on the ground floor as it is right next to the breakfast area.
  No aircon. It was hot inside the room.
  The window is facing the hallway, there are no privacy curtains so if you want privacy, you have to close the blackout curtain but then you have no sunlight coming in. Super strange.

  It was very close to the zocalo and other attractions/ historic location. It was pretty quiet, but they do have some patio furniture to sit out, have a drink/ snacks, and enjoy the peace. In the room, there is a balcony door which is nice when there is a breeze. The rooms were spacious, have a chair, and storage areas. Reina was very nice, helpful, and provided us with assistance through our time.
  
  What could be improved: In our room, you do hear some street noise, cars, etc., but not bad. Sometimes people in the hotel would not use their indoor voices and it would wake us in the middle of the night.

  What could be improved: The door and the wall are made of glass so in terms of security, it might not be the best condition.

  Very clean, breakfast (although basic) included, peaceful place despite very central location, very helpful staff
  
  What could be improved: I got a room on ground floor just in front of the kitchen and common area, so I had to close my curtains for privacy (and not have natural light as a result). But other rooms and rooms upstairs looked like they don’t have such a problem

  Very convenient location, close to the cathedral, while the price was quite affordable. Rooms are very quiet because most rooms are facing to the courtyard/patio. The room is spacious, in particular the ceiling is very high.
  The building looked very historic, thus the guests may be able to enjoy atmosphere of the old days.
  
  What could be improved: This is not a complaint, just for your information. There is no signboard outside, thus the address is the only key to find this hotel. Don’t hesitate to push the doorbell.

  Great location! Lovely temperature in the bedrooms (we were there in January when it can get a little chilly in the night) but the bedrooms were nice and warm.
  
  What could be improved: The WiFi was a bit temperamental and hot water takes a while to get warm. Also breakfast doesn’t start until 9am which is a bit inconvenient
