  The was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
  
  What could be improved: We did encounter one issue. We booked a room for three adults, and the listing on Booking.com indicated that the room was suitable for three adults. Unfortunately, we found that the sofa was not really suitable for sleeping. It was even not long enough for a person of 5'3". Thankfully, the staff were quick to assist and provided us with an inflatable bed, which helped resolve the issue.
  
  I believe the listing should be updated to reflect the actual sleeping arrangements more accurately. This would help manage expectations for future guests.
  
  Overall, we had a pleasant stay and truly appreciated the excellent service.

  Excellent property, quiet neighborhood, spacious apartment, close to shops and transportation, you will never go hungry, small restaurants and coffee stands are very close to the apartment. There is a food market nearby as well. Nice rooftop, where you can relax and drink a cup of coffee. There is everything you need there for a short family vacation in Mexico city

  This is place is great from the day I checked in everything has been perfect. The man who work the door and allow you to enter and exit or amazing. There's weekly house cleaning and it is trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend

  Very clean and wonderful location.
  Wonderful staff. Loved the rooftop deck and use of washer and dryer.

  The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful when we ran into issues. We could not get the door open, and the staff helped us.
  
  What could be improved: There was not a key to the door of the building, so we had to ring a doorbell to have someone unlock the door. There was always a person waiting, but we felt bad ringing the bell when we arrived late after attending a concert.

  Everything was perfect- clean, cosy, comfortable. The doorman was helpful, welcoming and polite.
  
  What could be improved: Narrow and steep stairs to the 3rd floor. Uncomfortable lock which was different from the hint sent before.

  The building's entrance is nothing special but once you walk into the room it is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is great and the shower has good pressure. The hotel's neighborhood is perfect, with an oxxo right in front, and several restaurants and coffee shot a short walk away.
  
  What could be improved: The street the hotel is noisy, I had to use earplugs especially during the early morning. Other than that everything was perfect.
