  What could be improved: No front desk at all. Just a security guard under the stairs. Room extremely hot, not AC, only a fan that it is not nearly enough, as a result the room was very hot

  The check-in and staff was nice and helpful. The accommodation has a great location, a few minutes till public transport, bakery, coffees etc. and just a couple of minutes till Reforma. There is enough space in the room for luggage, etc, there is separate walk-in closet.
  
  What could be improved: Upon arrival the toilet seat was dirty – there were yellow spots on it ( I cleaned it by myself). The door of the bathroom was quite fragile and had to take care of it. We had 3 nights there and every morning around 6-7am started a very loud noise, what we mentioned to the staff, their answer was that it is the engine what pumps the water to the roof into the water reservoir, we could not sleep longer then that time. It was very unpleasant.

  This is in a very central location. There are lots of shops and cafes close by and an Oxxo across the street to get water. The room itself is very spacious. The AC worked very well. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep. I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights when visiting Mexico City!
  
  What could be improved: The bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but it honestly was fine.
  
  Many people mention the noise but we didn’t have a problem with this. Mexico City is noisy in general.
  
  Stairs only! This wasn’t a problem for us either, but just wanted to make people aware that you will need to walk up stairs.
