  Loved the staff who were extremely kind and helpful.
  Location was excellent in terms of getting to the Anthropology Museum, Chapultepec Castle and Park and many, many restaurants.
  Loved the happy hour which provided opportunities for visiting others. Breakfasts were spectacular.
  Very good gym.
  
  What could be improved: Only thing I would do next time is ask for a room that looks out onto the street. Also had a bit of difficulty getting the temperature in the room down low enough, but that may be because we are Canadian and used to a little chillier weather!

  Casa Polanco is really a fantastic hotel at a very convenient location. The buidling is beautifully restored and has a mix of authentic and modern details. However, most important is the extremely customer focused staff. You feel yourself really "at home" in Casa Polanco. We have visited a lot of 5-star hotels but never experienced staff as nice and sympathic as the staff at Casa Polanco.
