  Handy location from terminals 1 or 2.
  Clean, welcoming. Perfect for an overnight connection.
  Breakfast seemed underwhelming, but was delicious!
  
  What could be improved: Issues with room keys not functioning at check-in. Would not operate lifts or room access. 3 other guests with same issue. Inconvenient, but resolved by front desk as quickly as they could.

  The staff was amazing. The airport shuttle was quick and easy. They even had a packed breakfast for me before I left because I had to check out before breakfast started. They made me coffee too!

  I really liked its location and the transport service to and from the airport. The staff were very courteous and well-prepared, and they fulfilled all my requests. There was a level of attention I did not expect. The hotel is modern and full of comforts. Definitely a place to return to if the opportunity arises

  Quiet considering the planes fly overhead.
  
  What could be improved: The room was very clean however, something on the bathroom had a sour smell. It was either an old cleaning sponge/ rag or the shower curtain.

  Central location to airport. Great included breakfast. Ability to have a late check out. Free easily accessible parking. Small but clean gym. Facilities are spotless.
  
  What could be improved: They have a central patio that needs a green space. No garden or pool or hot tub. Space could be utilized better. Just had chairs and not even comfy ones. Also staff neglected to give my passport back when I checked in and had kept it in their reception drawer causing me to panic when I couldn’t find it. Only for me to ask about it when I was checking out.
