  I like the room design, very comfortable, easy to use. Loved the large shower. The maids were kind and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: A little noisy because there were high schoolers next door. But that is a client problem, not the hotel. The dining area was a bit messy. The vending machine did not work properly. I had to get help to retrieve the item I purchased.

  The location is excellent. Walking distance to most areas in Centro. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The room is adequate and there was lots of hot water.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast room is too small to handle the number of people. The eggs ware cold and from Saturday morning to Monday there was NO COFFEE! Fortunately there is an OXXO on the corner. The rooms are noisy and can hear the neighbors and people in the hall.

  What could be improved: terrible noise from plumbing. it took a long time for someone to come look. we were offered a room change but the new room wasn't as nice – two double beds instead of the one queen size . no view – it looked onto a dark interior courtyard space. and a noisy hallway with constant knocking on the door next to ours – all night long! the whole room exchange took too long.
