  The room was pretty clean, I think one of the cleanest I’ve ever been. The location was algo incredible good, very centric.

  i was only there for a night, but it was a comfortable size apartment with a complete gym down the hall.
  
  What could be improved: I flew into Mexico City at 1am, by the time I arrived to the hotel, there was no staff available to check-in. I called and called the phone number of the hotel and nobody picked up.
  
  Finally, after 30 min or so, the security guy was able to help me finally get into my room.

  What could be improved: the bed mattress is very hard. the towels supplied were worn out and ripped, multiple days. the breakfast was not good except for the coffee machine, they make pre made breakfast in warming containers that do not have warmers on. The food is all cold
