    Passable

  • Alejandro from Mexico – 10 May 2025 (6/10)

    Location is excellent.

What could be improved: the windows blind didn’t working
I recommended installing one small ceiling fan for more comfort

  • Marco from Mexico – 28 April 2025 (3/10)

What could be improved: You can hear absolutely everything due to its thin walls. The other guests were so noisy we couldn’t sleep, and the staff even kicked us out 30 minutes before our check-out time.

  • Laura from Mexico – 27 April 2025 (6/10)

    Ubicación

What could be improved: Hay mucho ruido de los huéspedes . Las habitaciones están muy cerca y se escucha todo hasta los ronquidos de habitaciones contiguas. No descansé a gusto por el exceso de ruido . No funcionaba el
Internet. No hay personal en recepción cuando se requiere .

  • M from Colombia – 4 March 2025 (8/10)

What could be improved: Que no nos dieron bien la clave para el internet

  • Jazmín from Mexico – 11 November 2024 (8/10)

Las instalaciones, son practicas y en buena ubicación

What could be improved: Problemas para sincronizar la reservación a través de booking ya qué en recepción no tenían los datos

  • Denise from Canada – 4 November 2024 (1/10)

The location was terrific. It was steps away from Polanco and Chapultepec

What could be improved: The check in process was not rough. I made my booking through booking.com and the attendant/cleaner could not find my reservation on their computer. This seems to be a very common situation across all the reviews. We had to wait for another hour for the actual receptionist to arrive and check us in.

The room amenties were basic. There is a double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. There is no designated work space so be prepared to sit on an upside down wastebin if you plan to get some work done. There is also no refrigerator at all in the property so good luck trying to keep temperature sensitive items. Our room – 10 Margaritas was on the main floor in the hallway towards reception. It was not properly sound proofed as advertised.
Moreover, there was no hot water in the shower. Many guests have complained about the lack of water and reception have only told them to keep the water running. We kept the water running for 15 minutes and the water temperature was tepid at best.

The room also had poor air circulation. The window was facing an indoor hallway which made it very hard to sleep at night as all the noises from the reception can be heard. Speaking of which, we have asked the receptionist multiple times to lower his voice at night as he can be heard all the way in the room. There was no empathy and we were only told that he is currently working on an issue and attending to another client. This went on until 12:30 midnight. We did not get any sleep on our first night and decided to check out and move to another hotel despite booking a 3 night stay.

The washroom smelled like sewage. Pipes reverberate in the walls when guests upstairs use their bathrooms.

The place look like it opened recently and publish cheaper rates on booking platforms to attract potential guests. There seems to be no control from their end to prevent overbooking and it is a common scenario among travelers to arrive and be told they do not have a room for them.

  • Villamizar from Colombia – 30 October 2024 (1/10)

    Good location

What could be improved: The worst hotel we've ever been to.
We arrived at night and no one was at the reception to let us in. Another guest saw us and opened the door for us. We slept in the lobby for 3 hours until someone from the staff appeared.
We had no hot water during our stay (6 nights).
The room had humidity issues and some dirty walls.
Every night we arrived at our room and did not have towels. We had to go to the reception and ask for them. On two occasions they gave us towels that were torn and seemed dirty.
One night we arrived and didn't even have bedsheets!
Every night we heard a lot of noise from heaters and from other rooms (definitely not sound proof as advertised). We could hear other guests' conversations and surely they could hear ours.
On our last night we even arrived to find OUR DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED!!
After the first night we kept asking the hotel to allow us to checkout and get a refund for the remaining nights so we could find a better place. OUR REQUEST WAS DENIED AND WE GOT NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION FOR ALL OUR TROUBLES. Every complaint through the chat on Booking was simply ignored.
During our stay we kept hearing other guests complaining about the same issues. We also noticed some people arrived with a reservation and could not get a room because the hotel oversold them!!
The staff seemed to be nice and tried to do their best, but it is clear the issue comes from the lack of staff and a very bad administration. They don't seem to have interest in making things better or compensate their guests. I WOULD AVOID ANY OYO HOTEL!!
We had little to no support from Booking in order to get this solved, which made us decide we will no longer use this app.

  • Sushant from India – 27 October 2024 (8/10)

Absolutely loved my stay at this new hotel in the center of Condesa! The location is amazing, with so many great restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing inside. The staff were genuinely friendly and always helpful, which made my stay even better. My room was super comfortable, and the Smart TV was a nice touch—perfect for winding down.
