  El departamento es muy amplio y bonito, la habitación principal está muy cómoda y las camas súper suavecitas. Además que el baño me encantó ya que es muy grande.
  
  Está en una buena zona, la cual se transita fácil y además está muy bien conectada, tan solo a unos metros queda una estación del metro bus que te ayudará a llegar a muchas partes de la ciudad.
  
  What could be improved: A medio día el sol da directo al departamento, así que sí llega a calentarse y haber un poco de calor, pero ya que pasa la hora máxima del sol se vuelve muy fresco ya que el aire recorre muy bien por el departamento. Igual cerca hay como un bar, el cual se escucha gran parte de la tarde y algunas horas de la noche, puede llegar a ser algo molesto si eres sensible a los ruidos cuando duermes.

  Owner of the apartment is the friendliest that I have encountered in all my travels. Very quick and friendly response to my questions and concerns. Location is central. Apartment is large. Pricing is reasonable.
  
  What could be improved: Let’s start by saying that I really wanted to give this place 10/10 based on the excellent attitude that the owner has shown. That said, we ended up not staying at this apartment for any of the 4 nights that was paid, nor did we ask for a refund for the stay.
  
  Pictures on the website are accurate, with the disclaimer that the photographer did a perfect job highlighting the positives. This apartment is located in a run down building, which could be an issue for some (it was for us). Main lobby is dimly lit even during the day, and the hallway to the apartment was also dark. Entry to the apartment is secured by a single deadbolt lock, which might feel a bit unsecured for some (it was for us). The sheets on the beds are dark blue instead of white (something I prefer as it is easier to spot bed bugs in rentals), I did a quick check of the mattresses and did not spot any issues. After returning from dinner at around 8pm on a Friday night, we noticed loud music coming from an adjoining building near the washroom (turns out to be a bar/club). Owing to having few light sleepers in our travelling party, we then decided to relocate to another quieter property I had used on 2 prior trips (which we did not initially choose for trip as it does not have the laundry facilities we required).
  
  In conclusion, this is a great apartment for the more adventurous younger budget traveller. I can see why the reviews are consistently high, but also note that this apartment might not suit everyone.

  What could be improved: Only after booking it appeared that you have to pay 300p extra for check-in after 8pm and even 500p after 10pm. When I commented about this (hello keybox in a city where everyone arrives by plane) the host said she wanted me to cancel and didn't want to rent out her place anymore as she found this comment rude. I told her canceling on my part would mean paying in full so that we were not going to do that. She then didnt reply anymore so we didnt know if we could get in. She lives abroad and lets her kind neighbors take care of everything. The place is on a really loud main street, car fumes enter the room and everything is not clean. Hot water is limited to a very short amount of time, not enough to wash your hair.
