  Location was very good and convenient, steps away from the Chapultepec forest. Large sized rooms. Friendly staff. Parking was available when we needed it.
  
  What could be improved: It should be a noise free accommodation. I understand the rules state no noise after midnight but traveling for business didn't make it pleasant to have people partying at 10 pm.

  Everything was top-notch for my necessities for this trip, the room was exactly as described in the images.
  
  What could be improved: The only bad thing and that is why I cannot put in a 10 is that the room doesn't have AC, it comes with a good ventilator, but for me, that is a must because I just need my room cool and refreshed afterncoming from a meeting.

  The guard was excellent and polite and helpful, but it's a bit awkward to have to make someone open the door for you every time, especially when you just go to the shop for 5 mins and come back. Felt a bit bad for making him get up and open the door every time.
