  It was a beautiful property , the location was amazing. The staff was amazing. The rooms and the suites were so big. It was quiet. We went as a family so there was plenty of space and highly recommend for families. We got really sick and the staff were very accommodating, the cleaning service was impeccable and they really helped us out.

  The location was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the staff was great. Our room overlooked the park and the pool is heated.

  Overall pretty good. Incredible, large 2 bed apartment, very comfortable beds. Good 'neighbourhood' location – always easy to get a taxi or uber. There is a great street market in front on Saturdays for fresh food and delicious taco stalls.
  
  In room washer and dryer which was nice to do laundry after a week there (buy your own detergent). Excellent daily cleaning. Staff was very responsive to our requests (printing, dry cleaning) by whatsapp.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast is very poor. They don't serve eggs most days and options are limited.

  Location is dynamite. Security is attentive and available 24/7. Building is fairly soundproof considering the loud restaurants in the area. 2 BR suite is beautiful, perfect for a family. Breakfast is minimal but just enough to get you going before hitting the city. Glass bottles provided for filtered water tap which was very thoughtful.
  
  What could be improved: Member of our group was told to get out of hot tub after uncovering it himself although it was operating without issue, kinda spooked him. Coffee provided day 1 not restocked each day.

  The flat was huge, and it was great. Plenty of space for 3 people (1 couple + 1 person). It had a walk-in wardrobe! Would also work for a family. Nice pool and hot tub.
  
  What could be improved: Only very minor complaints. Breakfast wasn't great. Toaster didn't work. Selection wasn't outstanding. The TV was on all the time which was pointless and noisy.

  I liked everything! Great service, great value, wonderful location and a suite that had a big kitchen, washer, drier, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony. Best hotel in Mexico City! I have been traveling to Mexico City for 25 years and this is the best place I have stayed in 25 years!!!
  
  What could be improved: There was a problem with the two showers but they took care of it right away.

  It’s our 2nd stay and we will definitely come back. I loved the homey feeling of the room: The space, the choice of furnishings, the comfortable bed.
  I also loved the location and its wonderful surroundings: the quaint cafes and restaurants.

  Great location and easy to find the property. Large space in our rental. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool and hot tub were a great luxury after a full day of site seeing. Breakfast was good for having a nibble and getting going with an early start to the day.
  
  What could be improved: The door to our private courtyard was difficult to close. We had it put a chair in front of the door to make sure it was secure.
