  The rooms are large and clean with a comfortable bed. There is a coffee pot, though only grinds for one cup. Staff was helpful and nice when we arrived late and exhausted from our flight. There is a free shuttle

  Used for brief overnight stay having arrived from UK late evening. Friendly helpful check in. Room clean with everything we needed. Informed at check of time of most suitable shuttle bus which was efficiently run by friendly staff, dropping us off at the terminal we needed. Didn’t eat here due to timings but if flying into MEX would certainly use again.

  I like the way the hotel is laid out around the courtyard and pool. Bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly.

  Clean, comfortable room. Staff were excellent. 24 hour shuttle was excellent as I had to b3 at the airport by 03:00 hrs

  Slightly odd place but fine if you need somewhere to stay for the night after a flight and at the time of booking was better price than any other similar hotels. Shuttle bus available from the airport for pick up every half or so to the hotel.

  What could be improved: The reception personal at the hotel was not kind and not helpful. They were trying to charge again the booking even when we show the reservation was already paid in the APP. Not good experience during check-in

  Great range of foods at the buffet breakfast. Large room with balcony. Comfy beds. Quiet room. Efficient (free) shuttle.

  When we got to our room, there was already someone in it.
  Electronic keys didn't work – needed to get them re-calibrated 3X in a one night stay!
