  Excellent location. Room was spotlessly clean – thank you house keeping staff! Compared to other hotels, rooms were fairly quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The room we booked didn’t have a window. We got moved but double check this when you book! Staff in the restaurant unwelcoming and unhelpful in the morning. Just standing chatting with each other.

  We had an absolutely brilliant stay here. The location was fantastic, the staff were really helpful, the beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean.
  
  We felt really safe walking around the area, even at night (as 2 females).
  
  The staff helped us book a private tour to xochimilco that cost the same as an online group tour would've been and it was fantastic.
  
  What could be improved: The shower was a little weak (but was hot).
  
  We arrived early in the morning from the airport and were charged for a cup of tea that we actually made ourselves – the staff member then also asked for a tip(!) apart from this one odd interaction, the staff were otherwise fantastic and really helpful.

  The restaurant food was very tasty though not a huge menu. The location was very central to the enjoyment of Roma and the neighboring barios.
  
  What could be improved: 2 of our rooms were unfortunately double booked with non-refundable condition. Inspite of the obvious double booking, the hotel did not refund even partially the money. Since it was for a 5-day stay, it was a significant loss.
