  What could be improved: The room didn’t had air conditioning and it was very very hot. They leave a light on during the night but if you open the window the light is right in your face. Very uncomfortable for sleeping

  The guard, Roberto, was a gentleman and really helpful. It was easy check-in. It was a great location too. Lots of restaurants and bars near by.
  
  What could be improved: Stairs (only because i had lots of luggage) BUT it worked out because I left most of my bags in the lockers downstairs and they were safe. It was perfectly convenient.

  Pretty good location close to Roma Norte. Rooms were clean.
  
  What could be improved: Biggest thing was no windows in our room. We were expecting to have a balcony but it seems they’ve closed it.

  What could be improved: I sprung for a room with a terrace, but it was just an unappealing little enclosed space by the stairway. Would have preferred a room with a window to the street

  The hotel was very nice with a modern vibe. It has a restaurant in the front. It was in a perfect location with alot of other restaurants and attractions near it.
  
  What could be improved: No elevator. If you can't climb stairs this hotel is not for you. Found a cockroach in the bathroom.

  What could be improved: The water pressure from the shower was very poor. Very little water came out. They need to change the shower head for a better one.
