  Beautiful modern facilities with spectacular views from the room. Great buffet breakfast. Waiters were extremely nice. Comfy beds.

  Rooms are spacious and great, I love the decorations! The top floor terrace is amazing, great food and great view. The staff is amazing, they all are helpful, agreeable, and always willing to help.

  Very cozy room, super comfortable bed, spectacular view from the terrace, with a very nice pool and bar. Overall aesthetically a very pleasing experience. Tasty breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Mostly friendly staff.
  
  What could be improved: A guy at the entrance asked us twice if we had a reservation before letting us pass. We had previously been at the terrace just for drinks, without staying, and it is normally perfectly fine, so this question was unnecessary and rather rude. I told this to the guy himself and he stopped, but it was uncomfortable anyway. The cocktails included a bad one, which the staff happily changed for free, but the substitute was still suboptimal. We didn’t want to say anything further because the waiters were friendly. There was a convention, so I guess the bar was understaffed for the event, as other times we’ve had a very pleasant experience at the bar.

  Breakfast was very good 😋, enough variety and the staff was friendly, respectful and professional.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was very good only the freon desk was a little un helpful the day that arrived but nothing to bad. One more thing is the supply of water I personally keep myself hydrated but is hard to keep baying bottles of water when I usually drink 1 o 2 liters of water a day. WATER SHOULD BE FREE and not necessary in a bottle I think they should have a filter water free supply.

  Rooms are big, well designed, and comfortable. The terraces are beautiful, the sixth floor has amazing views, it’s a beautiful place.

  What could be improved: The pool wasn’t heated properly this time also can be a bit difficult to get a Uber the entrance is really small and they have to get ticket to not be charged they should fix that to 15 min grace period
