  Location was great. The staff was great. Room was comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast was disappointing.
  Can only contact the front desk by WhatsApp, which was not a problem for us and they were very responsive. But there are no phones in the room.

  We had a wonderful stay, booked two rooms as we were two couples traveling together. Hotel was very cool, boutique, great style, clean, beautiful flowers & ambiance. We had cocktails and coffee at the hotel, and enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel was very responsive over whatsapp in communication with us.
  
  What could be improved: The service at breakfast time in the cafe was very, very slow. Took 30 minutes to get a plate of cut fruit, everything is prepared with high quality, but if you want to get out and enjoy the city, skip the continental breakfast. Also the hotel was pretty strict about checkin time, be aware.

  Breakfast was very good and we loved the location!
  It was an easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping and a beautiful park. The staff were helpful and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: We booked a large room with booking.com, but were given a much smaller room upon arrival. It was disappointing as we were there for several nights. However the bathroom was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Double check that you get what you booked!

  The traditional architecture & interior design makes this boutique hotel exceptionally quaint. A beautifully appointed hotel with very friendly staff.

  What could be improved: Breakfast didnt have any savoury options. It was all sweet – fruit juice, fruit and sweet cake/sweet biscuits. Not fitting for people with blood sugar problems.
