  location is good, close to Chapultepec park and castle and Reforma Avenue.
  
  What could be improved: Hotel said to offer a cleaning service for long stay over 10 days. We stayed 13 days but no cleaning service was provided.

  Location and proximity to Chapultepec park was perfect. Availability of a variety of restaurants and street food was excellent as well.

  Beautiful room, well equiped with kitchenette. The bed was very nice and comfy. Shower was great and the toiletries were nice too.
  We enjoyed our stay and is very close to little restaurants, transport and attractions. Totally coming back in our next visit!
  
  What could be improved: The shower can flood a bit if you open the shower too much and take a long shower but nothing to worry about.
  We wanted to make coffee but we didn’t have a kettle.

  Sizeable unit generally very clean and very comfy with good amenities.
  
  What could be improved: Two swipe cards per room for convenient access should be standard…we had to ask for an extra one. Also, some sticky marks on the floor in the bedroom through to the on suite need to be cleaned up. Has major issues with both safes not functioning properly in both our apartment and also our friends apartment which was very concerning and took some time to have remedied…this needs serious attention.

  Well located. Close to castillo de Chapultepec. Rooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. Staff was helpfull. The size of the apartments was perfect for what we needed.

  The rooms are pretty big and clean. Good location, close to Chapultepec perfect for morning walks! The room had everything.
  
  What could be improved: The street the hotel is on is like behind another building and not as clean as the main street. But is an incredible location!

  Great location. It is located near Reforma which gives me a convenient access to traffic transportation. The building has 24 hour security staff. There is 7 eleven and a wonderful cafe next to the building.
  
  What could be improved: I stayed for five days at the residence. I didn’t find any extra garbage bags to change the rubbish bins. Sewage in the shower room was blocked. Water flew very slowly.

  The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Great location – close to Roma Norte's restaurants and to the biggest park in Central Mexico. Check-in went smoothly, we had a very efficient contact with the host. I can recommend the place!
