  What could be improved: Description of rooms is misleading. What is called « suite » is just an ordinary room. There were no separate living room and bedroom as advertized in the description.

  What could be improved: I booked the hotel for three nights. I made a mistake – just needed two night. The staff at the hotel insist on paying me for three nights, because it was a non-refundable rate. I would expect more customer orientation and support since I definitely needed two nights only.

  The rooms are pretty good, so comfortable and really nice.
  
  What could be improved: When we came to the restaurant to get the breakfast they told us that we don’t have our breakfast included. It happened three times in different days. Maybe they should improve their organization to avoid the guests waiting for something that is wrong.

  I really loved it here – we arrived in the middle of the night and someone straight away met us from the taxi to collect our bad. The roof terrace is incredible and the breakfast is delicious. The bedroom is spacious with a HUGE bed and is beautifully decorated. Even the decor in the lobby is gorgeous! The staff too are exceptionally friendly, but it definitely helps to speak some Spanish!
  
  What could be improved: The downside of such a central location is it’s beside an extremely busy main road. It can be quite noisy for sleeping but with a good pair of noise cancelling headphones that’ll drown out the noise. Noise from the party on the roof terrace on Saturday night was also quite loud, but all in all I’d say it’s a small price to pay for what is otherwise an exceptional experience!
