  The location was great and very centrally located. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The block the hotel is on is a bit rundown but that made it a bit quieter. It was not an unsafe area at all. Our only complaint was the price of the cocktails.

  Very comfortable room. Staff were so accommodating – we were upgraded to a larger room and given a 3pm checkout all for free which made the day waiting for our 10pm flight much more pleasant! The rooftop pool and loungers were ideal to help us pass the time!

  The location was very convenient. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff and waiters were polite and helpful and professional.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. Everything was great. I would definitely book here again. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good. We had a great stay.

  The breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day. The hotel is clean, the staff are wonderful.

  A smooth checkin at 1:30 am (pre-arranged w mgmt otherwise I would have been considered a no- show after midnight) much appreciated. Also the room upgrade, much appreciated. Made all the difference for an 8 day stay. I liked the public areas, vintage wood everywhere, loved that. Great location just off the paseo de la Reforma.
  
  What could be improved: Pool is small and half of it is only 1 ft deep. Only 1 person at a time can swim.
  Restaurant food is underwhelming. Personnel great though.
