  The air conditioner in our room was very loud, since there were no other rooms available, the manager gave us a suite without extra charge. It was really great they solved the issue so we could rest. The rest of our stay was excellent!

  Very nice and cozy hotel, with great location. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, clean, and with safe surroundings, super easy to walk by or take a taxi right on the street. The food is great for lunch or dinner, good wine selection (by the glass), and especially breakfast is one of the very best I have had (hundreds of previous experiences to measure against).
  
  What could be improved: If any, the lighting controls in the room are a little odd, with one LED light right in the bed wall that cannot be turned off easily until I figure out to simply take the ley off the master room control. Views may not be super wow (neighboring ceilings, roofs), and the bathroom itself feels very cramped between the door, the shower, etc.

  The location is the most liked, near from several sector of the city, you can walk for Chapultepec area, Angel, Roma, Condesa and just minutes in car from dowtown. The bathroom was big.

  Loved the room. It was well furnished, spacious, and had good lighting. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were accommodating. The only issue was the noise from the street. We could hear the cars through out the night but we got used to it. Location was good and at a walking distance to a lot of cafes.

  What could be improved: Air conditioner is not super powerful, but it did work. Having a window was helpful as well. Restaurant was pretty slow, but food was good and portions are large.

  Great decoration, great quality, very clean, valuable small details, delicious food at the restaurant in site, central location, spacious rooms, safe. I'll gladly stay here again and definitely recommended when looking for a more upgraded service. Good value.
  
  What could be improved: Maybe a tiny bit more warm welcome by the reception. I found one of the men receptionist a bit stiff.
  Also, I would recommend the cleaning service not to try entering at the rooms at 9am or 10am. Normal cleaning service at other hotels it's around noon. I was just in the shower and got scared by the door been opened. At such a time guests don't think to put the no disturb note.
  Walls between rooms are not the best in regards noise. I had no problem sleeping, but for sensitive people might be a problem.
