  Very comphortable and clean, good location. You can have something to eat at the hotel restaurant.

  I slept very well and that's the most important for me
  
  What could be improved: I saw one price on booking and other on reception. They wanted me to pay more if I book directly so I just took my phone and booked it while I was on reception.
  
  So in the end after they pay booking fee they will have even less then if I paid directly. That's a bit crazy in my opinion.
  
  Then the guy on reception let me wait for a few minutes but that's fine

  The location is good, close to the area of movement and a 24hrs bakery which was great if you get hungry in the evening. The room was OK, not awesome but worth the money. The staff was always super kind and very supportive. We forgot a neck pillow and they kept it in the storage for a couple of weeks until we got back to Mexico city (thanks a lot for that).
  
  What could be improved: The shower was a bit more like a faucet, with the water coming out in a single stream rather than being dispersed spray like typical showers. Not that it is super critical, but it would be nice to improve and plug a shower to distribute the water while taking a shower.

  The hotel is good, great beds, quite and the food at the restaurant is very good, we were able to walk to the Palacio de las bellas Artes and to the Zocalo with no issues.

  Location was good and easy to walk to the main square and gardens. Staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping exceptional.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi was dodgy and it was a little hot. But it did not affect our stay at all.

  Good location, clean property and nice staff. Not air conditioned but weather is usually not too hot in CDMX, especially at night.
  Easy to get transport and walk. Good secure parking alongside. Nice spacious room that was clean and tidy, and well maintained. Good value for money.
