  Very comfortable bed, great location and complimentary breakfast even though it was limited. Very friendly staff!
  
  What could be improved: Very noisy area and rooms as we even had to ask to be relocated which the staff allowed us to do at no extra cost (we could still hear the noise and music but it's expected at Garibaldi Square).

  Clean and the healthy breakfast offerings covered all the bases. The location is safe walking distance from all City Center destinations, but just far enough away to be outside the commotion.
  
  What could be improved: Mariachi Square is just to the left as you walk outside the lobby. Mariachi musicians will approach anybody standing still for a moment and harangue their captive audiences for donations. They are easy enough to avoid and initially can add an authentic ambience to a stay in CDMX, but after that not so much.

  Daily breakfast was tasty and hearty.Staff were always friendly and helpful.Room was kept impeccably clean and tidy by house keeping…Mil gracias to all the staff!

  The beds were comfortable, the location was great. The shower had consistent pressure and hot water. We loved hanging out in the plaza. I think this place was a good value for the money.
  
  What could be improved: We had a balcony room, and it was loud all night long. There is a club next door, so the noise comes through the wall on the odd-number side. I will stay here again, but ask for a room on the even-number side, and further down the hall away from the noise in the front. The wi-fi in the room was inconsistent. Worst part about the facility is that many of the electrical outlets in the rooms didn't work – both our room and our friends rooms. We reported it to the desk, but nothing happened.
