  The staff were all absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Even with my lack of Spanish language. The room was big and clean and had everything I needed. The room service was well presented and tasty. But it was definitely the attitude and engagement of every lovely staff member I met, that made the stay impressive.

  My family enjoyed staying in the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything you need and even more. The location of the hotel is good. Many different restaurants and stores are in walking distance. The Chapultepec park is also very close ~15 mins walking. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

  Very spacious (Jr suite), comfortable, good bed, excellent shower, kitchen facilities good, good room temperature control. Everything in very good or new condition. Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Great for walkers, major parks within 30 minutes, metro station 10 minute walk. Many small restaurants nearby and major grocery store one block away.
  
  What could be improved: minor annoyances: lighting was just 'okay'; room had a clothes washing machine, but no dryer; kitchen utensils and dishes were limited.

  Amazing concept.. is hotel but you have many facilities available as kitchen, washer machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, so it is like a small apartment. So you have the option to do it by yourself or like a hotel..

  What could be improved: Only problem was the noise at night. Lots of loud motorbikes and sirens throughout the night. But everywhere in Mexico is noisy and it wasn’t as bad as other places we stayed

  Massive rooms, include kitchen facilities and washing machine and dryer. Also offers laundry facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Good prices if you book on the day. Really really happy with the whole experience.
