  Exceeded our expectations. Great home away from home. Came with all the home comforts which made it perfect for travelling with a toddler.

  Apartment with a modern touch, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We were 3 in the apartment and there were some glasses missing, so they brought enough for the 3 of us.

  It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more; lots of outlets, fan and heater, fridge and stove, pans and dishes, the location is great and close to many good spots.
  
  What could be improved: The shower water temperature situation was complicated, as it took a long time to get hot and then when it did and you tried to get it to a not scalding temp, the boiler turned off and it's back to cold water again for 5 minutes even at full hot.
  
  It would also be nice to have a cleaning spray handy to clean the stove if necessary.

  Location is absolutely fantastic, you can walk to all the cool locations in Roma, Condesa and Polanco and within 5’ run you are at Chapultepec forest. Coffee is included, which is a nice touch. Easy check in and 24h concierge service.
  
  What could be improved: The room wasn’t cleaned a single time during our 5-day stay & towels weren’t changed. Showering was a high-risk sport, water was either frozen cold or burning hot. We ended up wanted to leave because we couldn’t handle another of those showers…

  What could be improved: I wish I had known that it was walk-up so I would have asked for a room on the lower floor but the staff was very helpful. The shower didn’t get hot

  Esteban, Tania and Janette were incredible! They made us feel at home since the beginning. They were always available for any questions and were very reliable and available for any questions. The apartments are located in Calle Lerma, a very beautiful and calm street, filled with restaurants at walking distance. In front of the location there is 24h open OXXO and also a restaurant which serves delicious breakfast. The apartments have a doorman who is always there to open and close (which makes you feel really safe). Very recommended to stay there, apartments are just knew!
