  Great location. Near so many restaurants, cafes, shops, city bike stations and sights.
  
  Nice to have space when traveling with a friend. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom.
  Rooms were comfortable, bed was too soft for my liking but lots of pillows and duvets.
  
  What could be improved: A few minor things that kind of added up:
  Low quality shower faucet that sprayed all over shower. Shower door didn’t shut so had to put bath mat where door shut to not get water all over bathroom.
  Took forever to get hot water in showers. Minor inconvenience.
  Finishing wasn’t great; bathroom counter appeared to be falling off.
  The barking dogs are a real annoyance. They bark non stop all day long. I was fine with earplugs and the fan going but I could see how it could be difficult for others. We weren’t home much during the day but it was non stop barking.
  Quiet street but loud dogs.
  Difficult to initially get into the building with poor communication to the security. We weren’t told a team would meet us but there was only security who wanted a door code that I hadn’t been given yet by the owners. Luckily we had our car driver stay to help navigate and translate. Tool about 30 minutes to finally get in and then security was great!
  Sign in lobby saying that rented apartments is not allowed or welcome….not sure how this rental is still operating but be warned that all residents in the building do not want tourists there.

  La ubicación y el alojamiento muy bien! No te especifican nunca que es un lugar que está mal construido y se escuchan todos los ruidos! Todos es todo!! Los ruidos de los vecinos de la calle y pues creo que no es óptimo para rentas de Airbnb o Booking porque estos depas ya tienen problemas y fama con los vecinos y no son bien recibidas las rentas por la mala fama, así que de todo se quejan por esto mismo! Hasta nos bajaron el switch de la luz y esto nunca me había sucedido en ningún lugar!

  The location is wonderful. The apartment it self is great. It has all the amenities you need except a dryer and not enough toilet paper.
  
  What could be improved: Paper thin walls and ceiling. Can literally hear everything. After a couple days I noticed 2 posting on the wall getting into elevator and in the elevator and right outside our door.
  
  It said Airbnb and vrbo tourist are not welcome in our building. Police will be called at the earliest sign of disturbance. And trust us you don’t want to deal with the Mexican police. This building is a residential space and the homeowners association does Not approve the use of platforms like AIRBNB for renting out apartments.
  Keep noise to minimum especially at night and early morning
  Avoid making noise in common areas such as stairways, hallways and elevator
  If you listen to music keep the volume low make sure to close the windows to avoid disturbing others.
  No stomping when going up the stairs (this is in bold)
  Follow these rules- this is a residential building and the peace and safety of the neighbors is our priority.
  We do not want to call the Police, but we have done so before and will continue to do so to maintain order and peace for the homeowners.
  
  They also had a sign that said no stomping on the stairs with an elephant
  
  My friend and I did not do anything that was on this list. We were gone from 10 am till 9-10 pm. I took the elevator and we aren’t loud talkers or walkers. We aren’t big drinkers and we don’t smoke nor are we rowdy. We are very respectful of others and their property as we ourselves are home owners.
  
  The first night we were there there was constant barking from dogs somewhere in the building or next door. It was on going. After a couple hours I finally sent management a message and I felt bad about having to do so as I’m not one to complain.
  
  The barking continued on but seemed like someone was trying to stop it a lot sooner. We retired to our bedrooms and around 11 pm the unit above me started up with lots of walking heavily, talking loudly and clanging dishes and what not. This went on for a couple hours.

  The location was the best, the apartment was state of the art, spacious, comfortable, had 24 hour security and received a complementary bottle of wine.
  
  What could be improved: The booking process of having to leave a 500 usd dollars was the first time that happened to me in booking.com. I already payed through the website and had to make my bank to go through another booking website to pay ahead. It made me feel very insecure and it took forever to go through the verification software. And the booking wasn’t refundable.
